Champion Fitness Bootcamp

Bootcamp helps provide you with the strength, stability, and mobility you need to thrive in your everyday life outside the gym. We focus on functional training by incorporating basic movement patterns such as squatting, pushing, pulling, hinging, rotating in an intentional manner. We will also incorporate HIIT training to improve your cardiovascular strength & stamina. By training your muscles to work the way they do in everyday tasks, you can improve your overall health, flexibility, strength and stamina, as well as help to prevent injury.

Champion Fitness Virtual

Bringing the BEST of the BEST into your home, Champion Fitness VIRTUAL allows you to get your workout DONE without going to the gym. Join Etta as she rocks through a variety of workouts including HIIT, Strength Training, Functional Fitness, Core and MORE. Modifications will always be provided and you are guaranteed to get your SWEAT on, be ENCOURAGED, and finish STRONG.

Champion Personal Training

We will offer one on one and group personal training. These session are individualized to help you meet your specific heath and wellness goals. Whether you are looking to increase motivation, lose weight, improve performance or lean muscle mass, or participate in races or endurance events, Champion Fitness Personal Training has the experience and knowledge to help you obtain these goals. Providing 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, multiple training & coaching certifications and a degree in Sports Medicine, you will be challenged and motivated to become the BEST Version of Yourself!
